Cinch Energy Services, LLC (CES). CES launched in 2012 and has immediately become a leading oil field service company. It offers expertise in Pipeline Construction, Oil Field Service Work, Maintenance and General Contracting. It has established services throughout Texas with current operations from Houston to Laredo. CES currently operates in excess of 40 job sites and still growing. The company has two field operations facilities, one in Karnes County and its main 30 acre facility in Ganado, Texas. The company forecast substantial needs for its services and its growth plans are in step with the Texas Energy Market. CES will also expand geographically as required to meet the needs of its customers. The company’s portfolio of customers are mostly publically traded and contract for services with Cinch under a Master Service Agreement (MSA). A partial listing of its customers are; XTO Energy, Inc.
